Key Terms at a Glance

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on winvp, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you access winvp on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these T&C, and by accepting these T&C, you do so on behalf of that person or entity as well as yourself.

These T&C are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translations of these T&C into other languages and the English version, the English version shall prevail. winvp reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use winvp, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these T&C.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from winvp for any reason.
• You must hold and use only one account on winvp at any time. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the full range of winvp services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Account Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). winvp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify winvp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
• winvp may, at its discretion, require identity verification (KYC) at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

KYC Requirements

• winvp may request a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate to verify your age and identity.
• winvp may request proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• winvp may request verification of the payment method (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account) used to deposit funds into your winvp account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on winvp are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). winvp does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, but you should verify with your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) whether any transaction fees apply on their end.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit on winvp is ৳500 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous sources are not permitted and will be reversed.
• winvp reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting unusually large deposits to your account balance.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to winvp immediately. Failure to report a known erroneous credit and playing with those funds constitutes fraud.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal from winvp is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and that matches the account holder's registered identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• winvp will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests being processed at any given time.
• winvp reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. No interest will accrue on funds held pending verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

winvp may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover amount will be stated in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as fraud.
• winvp reserves the right to amend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• winvp reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means, and to adjust your account balance accordingly.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day will be governed by their own specific promotion terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions above apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

• You acknowledge that the outcome of all games is determined by chance and that winvp does not guarantee any winnings. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, wins, or payouts, winvp reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the original stake(s) to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules that will be published alongside each market on the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding a sporting event outcome, winvp's decision shall be final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

winvp is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) can be set directly from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winvp and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person to circumvent restrictions.
• Using any form of software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other financially deceptive practice through the winvp platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with winvp support.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to gain credits, bonuses, or any other benefit not legitimately earned through normal play.

winvp monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Any funds derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in their entirety. winvp cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

winvp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of a breach of these T&C, including prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Where winvp is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or the directive of a competent authority.
• Where a player requests permanent self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools. In such cases, any eligible real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winvp platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of winvp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the winvp platform without the prior written consent of winvp, except as permitted by these T&C or applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winvp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the winvp platform.
• Interruptions to service, platform downtime, technical errors, or failures of third-party payment systems (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) that are outside winvp's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to have been displayed in error due to a technical malfunction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

winvp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated T&C will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically.

Your continued use of the winvp platform after any amendment to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting winvp support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the winvp platform that cannot be resolved informally through winvp customer support should be submitted in writing to winvp at [email protected]. winvp will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved within that period, the parties may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in these T&C limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
